The company's HR department acts as a governing and supportive partner in both administrative, operational, and strategic matters concerning organization, leadership, employee relations, workplace environment, and talent acquisition. They work for the entire group, and their clients are the various operations and their managers. Currently, they are particularly focused on promoting and preventing workplace environment initiatives.
As a Workplace Environment Specialist, you will be part of the group's central HR department, which consists of five HR strategists, two Workplace Environment Specialists, and one HR coordinator, all reporting to the group's HR director. Their overarching, shared goal for the department is to develop the group's HR strategies and provide professional HR support to subsidiaries. In the coming years, the focus will be on enhancing the company's workplace environment initiatives, employer branding, the group's processes for salaries & benefits, talent acquisition, and continued digitalization.
About the Role
As a temporary Workplace Environment Specialist, you will be jointly responsible for the group's strategies, policies/guidelines, and working methods within the workplace environment area. You will be accountable for monitoring the implementation and compliance of these in the companies and for their ongoing development in line with laws and internal and external requirements. The work will be both directive, consultative, and tailored to the needs of managers as the primary clients/target group.
• Challenge and improve processes and working methods based on analyses of outcomes, trends, and external factors.
• Provide support and coaching to managers in systematic workplace environment work and compliance with legislative requirements.
• Reporting and analysis of workplace environment key performance indicators and active remedial work based on status, both at the company and group level.
• Support for managers and employees by developing, providing, conducting, and enhancing training in various forms and channels within the area of responsibility.
• Participate in the planning and execution of internal and external audits regarding workplace environment.
• Contribute to realizing the initiated plan for the development of workplace environment work.
• Operational support to users in IT systems related to workplace environment such as ENIA, Notisum, and Stratsys.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
• An academic degree in HR or workplace environment, or equivalent relevant education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or organization.
• Experience in developing and simplifying processes.
• Proficiency in using systems and views digitalization as a natural part of creating efficient processes.
• Familiarity with statistics and data in decision-making.
• Experience and knowledge of basic workplace environment regulations and common workplace risks.
• Experience supporting managers in investigations of incidents (accidents, near misses).
In addition, we would prefer if you meet the following:
• Experience working according to the requirements of ISO 45001, preferably in a certified organization.
• A valid driver's license, manual transmission.
• Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form, with good knowledge of English.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience in requirement setting during procurement (workplace environment requirements) and monitoring of these requirements.
• Knowledge of IT support systems ENIA, Notisum legal monitoring, Stratsys, SharePoint.

What We Offer
You will be employed by Jurek Talents and assigned to our client. The desired start date is January 7, 2026, and the position will last for 9 months at a full-time capacity. The position is located in Södertälje.
