You'll be part of the Regional Management Group. As an Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, you'll be a key team member. You'll work closely with our client and be responsible for identifying, preventing, and managing occupational health risks in both operational and construction projects - from planning to project completion. You'll play a central role in ensuring that everyone on the workplace does so safely and securely. We're Seeking Candidates Who Have: • Post-secondary education in construction, occupational health, or similar field • Valid BAS-P/BAS-U certification and knowledge of AFS 2023:3 • Experience in occupational health work in operational and maintenance settings • Experience in construction and infrastructure project occupational health work • Strong knowledge of Work Environment Act, Planning and Building Act, Building Regulations, and contract law • Understanding of risk elements such as scaffolding, lifts, and hot work • Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Beneficial: BAM, SAM, OSA, experience as a safety representative To Thrive and Succeed in This Role, We Believe You Are Someone Who: • Takes initiative and works independently while enjoying collaboration • Has a structured and meticulous work style with an eye for detail • Is analytical and solution-oriented, enjoying finding smart pathways forward • Possesses a confident and stable personality, able to make decisions under pressure • Is pedagogical and attentive in interactions - handling conflicts with respect and clarity • Enjoys coordinating operational and project work in complex environments and building trust easily • Is business-oriented and communicative, capable of switching between strategic and operational work About ISS Facility Services [The rest of the text follows the same professional translation style] The position is a permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period.
