About the Role

As an Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator, you'll be a key team member. You'll work closely with our client and be responsible for identifying, preventing, and managing occupational health risks in both operational and construction projects - from planning to project completion. You'll play a central role in ensuring that everyone on the workplace does so safely and securely.
We're Seeking Candidates Who Have:
• Post-secondary education in construction, occupational health, or similar field
• Valid BAS-P/BAS-U certification and knowledge of AFS 2023:3
• Experience in occupational health work in operational and maintenance settings
• Experience in construction and infrastructure project occupational health work
• Strong knowledge of Work Environment Act, Planning and Building Act, Building Regulations, and contract law
• Understanding of risk elements such as scaffolding, lifts, and hot work
• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Beneficial: BAM, SAM, OSA, experience as a safety representative
