About this role
We are looking for a Health, Safety, and Facilities Manager for BSH Home Appliances AB in Nykvarn!
In collaboration with the local management team, you will work strategically and operationally to develop the business in the areas of safety, facilities, and maintenance by:
Safety and Work Environment
• Have overall responsibility for ensuring that work is conducted according to local regulations and safety guidelines, and that incidents and accidents are reported.
• Ensure that current fire protection and safety work complies with regulations.
• Ensure and follow up that work environment efforts are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Ensure that employees receive the right knowledge, skills, resources, and authority to promote a good and safe work environment.
• Conduct safety rounds and participate in the local safety committee.
• Responsible for reporting safety statistics to central functions.
• Drive projects/initiatives in safety and work environment that create a safer workplace.
• Serve as the primary contact for safety issues at our facility.
• Lead or participate in risk assessments.
• Conduct ergonomic analyses.
• Monitor and ensure that the operations follow applicable processes and routines.
• Actively work to promote collaboration within the local management team.
Facilities
• Provide support in technical management such as sprinkler systems, ventilation, access management, alarms, loading docks, etc.
• Supplier follow-up within facilities and maintenance.
• Drive projects/initiatives in technical management at our facility.
• Conduct audits of facilities and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other BSH facilities regarding facilities and maintenance.
• Develop and manage processes within facilities and maintenance.
Maintenance
• Responsible for all equipment (forklifts, shelving, stretch film machines, wheel locks, etc.).
• Collaborate with our maintenance technician.
• Ensure that maintenance work is planned and followed up.
• Analyze and report on key figures, activities, profitability, and service outcomes.
• Continuously plan and develop operations within your area of responsibility.
Profile
• We are looking for a confident operational leader or specialist with relevant experience in safety, maintenance, technical management, or facilities.
• An academic degree in occupational health science, facility management, maintenance technology, or similar is an advantage.
• Experience in leading change and improvement work (LEAN/6 Sigma) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Swedish (mandatory) and English (mandatory) for communication with global colleagues.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license (B).

Our distribution center in Nykvarn is modern and easiest to reach by car due to limited public transport options.
