Labor Market Consultant

Jobblotsen is a job and education expert currently working on behalf of Nacka Municipality. Our goal is to create job opportunities and new pathways to employment—primarily for those who are new to the Swedish labor market, individuals with disabilities, or those who have been unemployed for an extended period. We collaborate with organizations that offer Swedish for Immigrants (SFI), adult education courses, or apprenticeship programs in various shortage occupations, as education is often a crucial component for our clients to become self-sufficient. Jobblotsen also works closely with employers to gain better insight into the skills and workforce that are in demand, serving as the employer's link to clients and relevant authorities. Jobblotsen's ambition is to be the obvious choice for our clients (both existing and new) and to be the right hand of employers in finding the right person at the right time for the right assignment. The role also includes actively working to establish partnerships with employers to encourage them to hire individuals who face higher barriers to entering the labor market.
