At Återbruket, we work with the disassembly and sorting of electronic waste.
Each year, approximately 200 tons of goods are disassembled at Återbruken in Bjästa and Bredbyn. The operations of Återbruket are environmentally certified according to ISO 14001:2015. We are now seeking a labor market coach; we welcome your application!
Job Responsibilities
As a labor market coach at Återbruket in Bredbyn, you will be working on coaching assignments related to work-oriented rehabilitation in line with the goals of the environmental management system.
You will be responsible for participants and their individual rehabilitation. You will document and follow up on individual plans for each person.
Återbruket is a smaller workplace with diverse tasks, which means that duties related to the kitchen and cleaning will also occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in pedagogical and structured work. Experience in supervising individuals both individually and in groups is an asset.
You should ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Engaging with individuals with disabilities
- Supporting individuals who have experienced crises and trauma
- Working with labor market coaching
We seek someone with a strong ability to work independently and easily collaborate with internal and external contacts based on the coaching role. It is important that you can work in a flexible environment and that you are action-oriented, structured, and resilient. You should be able to interact with individuals from various backgrounds and adapt to different situations.
You have knowledge and experience with the documentation system Lifecare. You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
The following competencies are desirable:
- Knowledge and experience with the ISO 14001 environmental management system and its application in daily operations
- Forklift license
You should have an interest and some technical knowledge as Återbruket is involved in the disassembly of electronics.
A valid driver’s license, class B, is required.
The position is a permanent part-time employment, 50% with a start date of December 1, 2025, or as agreed.
