Start Date: December 15, 2025, or by agreement. Work Hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Requirements: High school education, excellent Swedish language skills (verbal and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to Work Environment Authority regulations, we cannot employ individuals under 18 based on job task nature. Previous leadership experience is considered advantageous. As a Team Leader at Willys Hemma, you play a crucial role in developing the store and team, working to offer our customers good and sustainable food at truly great prices! Position Details: • You are part of the store's management team and, together with the store manager, have overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you'll also participate in daily operational store work – expect to log many steps! • Work goal-oriented to develop store sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators. Contribute to developing and following up on the store's business plan. • Lead store team members and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential. • Be a role model in welcoming all our customers with knowledge, intuition, and a big smile. • Have total store responsibility when the store manager is absent.
