Start date: December 15, 2025, or as agreed. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). Previous experience in leadership roles is an advantage. As a team leader at Willys Hemma, you play a very important role in the store's and the team’s development, and in working to provide our customers with good and sustainable food at really great prices! Here’s a bit more about the position: - You are part of the store's management team and, together with the store manager, have overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you also participate in the daily operational store work – you can expect to accumulate many steps on your pedometer! - You work purposefully to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators. You also contribute to the development and monitoring of the store’s business plan. - You supervise and lead employees in the store team and contribute to your colleagues' development and performance according to their full potential. - You are a role model in welcoming all our customers, meeting them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile. - You have full responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
