The Assignment As a team leader, you will be responsible for daily operations and provide close support to both employees and the clinic manager. You will have particular responsibility for scheduling and staffing. You will lead and distribute operational tasks at the clinics, support the staff in their daily work, and actively contribute to a good working atmosphere. As part of the clinic management, you will participate in planning and developing the operations, including working on issues related to accessibility and patient flows. You will also be an important driving force in our work with business development, with a particular focus on digitalization and increased accessibility for patients. About the Clinic Folktandvården Sollentuna is a large and well-established clinic with a broad mandate and high competence. Here, we work with both general dentistry and specialist areas – including periodontology, prosthetics, orofacial medicine, and pedodontics, and the clinic is continuously developing towards more niche positions. Our clinic is fully equipped for modern dentistry, including a digital oral scanner, microscopes for endodontics, nitrous oxide equipment, and several surgical motors. Additionally, we share facilities with orthodontics and pedodontics. We work in an environment characterized by competence, collaboration, and a forward-thinking attitude. We are looking for someone who: - Is trained in dental care and preferably has experience in leadership or a coordinating role. - Has good knowledge of administrative systems, planning, and structure. - Is a confident, attentive, and solution-focused leader. - Has a strong interest in digital development and patient-centered solutions. - Wants to contribute to a supportive work environment and inclusive leadership.
