About this role
Our underground operations are the largest department in the company in terms of the number of employees. Our main tasks involve loading and transporting rock, maintaining underground roads, and rock blasting where large boulders are blasted. We have our own workshops that support our operations, one of which is located underground. As an employee with us, you will have the opportunity to be part of our team that carries out various contracting assignments in the mine.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a team leader, you will work in an engaging and driven team, where you play a vital role in our operations. In your position, you will plan and allocate daily tasks, as well as plan and follow up on work within your area. The role entails responsibility for both finances and personnel, and we prefer candidates with previous leadership experience. This is a position where you will combine work in both production and administration.
**Education and Qualifications**
**Requirements:** B driver's license, a couple of years of experience in heavy machinery repair.
**Meritorious:** C driver's license, YKB (Professional Driver Certificate), and authorization for wheel loaders.
