Erikshjälpen is a children's rights organization with a non-profit second-hand operation.
We work in around 100 projects in 17 countries and operate approximately 50 stores within Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden, Norway, and online.
We work with the vision of "A changed world where children's dreams come to life".
Our mission is to combat poverty and vulnerability by realizing children's rights worldwide.
Erikshjälpen is now seeking a Team Leader for our store in Helsingborg. If you want to contribute to realizing children's rights by working operationally and leading daily activities, this is the role for you.

Description
As a team leader, you are operational and lead the daily work in the store to achieve established surplus goals, social goals, and environmental goals. No two days are the same, and as a team leader, we see that you are both flexible and enjoy varied work.
Work Tasks
Examples of work tasks:
• As part of the management team, participate in and lead the daily activities of the business together with the store's employees.
• Function as a team leader for employees, volunteers, and individuals performing work trials, activities, or other occupations through authorities
• Together with the management team, be responsible for sales and product display.
• Jointly responsible for the store during opening hours, will also have store responsibility on certain weekends
• You will report to the operations manager
Qualifications
You have:
• Post-secondary education or other relevant higher education, or work experience deemed equivalent
• Relevant work experience in team leadership
• Experience in store work, preferably in retail
• Interest in aid and second-hand work

You are:
• A relationship builder accustomed to meeting people in different life situations and contexts.

• Open, friendly, and have a representative manner with high service orientation
Meritorious if you have:
• Experience and/or knowledge and interest in marketing through social media
• Experience and/or knowledge of second-hand goods valuation
• Experience working with people with special needs
• Familiarity with digital systems and the Office package
