We are currently in a growth phase and are therefore seeking a Team Leader within our operations and maintenance, focusing on traffic arrangements for our establishment in Bräkne-Hoby. Your Mission as Team Leader In the role of Team Leader for Operations and Traffic Arrangements, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of our customers' assignments, primarily related to operations and/or traffic arrangements. The work may also include various projects focused on our operations and maintenance. The role involves contact with both internal and external parties as you manage the project from start to finish. The work will be primarily office-based, and you will have a crucial leadership function for our skilled workers and subcontractors. You will ensure deliveries from project initiation and launch to invoicing and work follow-up. This includes tasks such as calculation work, creating traffic management plans, and other administrative duties. The position is full-time. You will be based at our establishment in Bräkne-Hoby and report to the site manager. The role includes both winter and summer preparedness. To be considered for the position, we prefer that you have: • A background characterized by an interest in road work. This interest can come from education or work experience in a responsible role within the industry. • A valid B driver's license. • Very good computer skills and interest in digital work methods and processes. • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. We consider the following as merit: • Experience working as a team leader or in a similar role within the industry. • Previous experience with road traffic arrangements.
