Our mission at our customer in Bålsta consists of office cleaning and cleaning in production environments with high-bay warehouses, production halls, machine areas, technical spaces, and cold and freezer rooms. The assignment also includes high-altitude cleaning, access technology cleaning, and specialized high-altitude cleaning. We work close to machines and moving parts with safety procedures according to LOTO for our staff's safety. You will have team leaders supporting you in managing and following up on staff as operations run seven days a week.
What You Will Do:
• Overall responsibility for total operations in cleaning and specialized cleaning in production environments, operating 7 days a week
• Lead, plan, and follow up on daily cleaning - both office and specialized production environment cleaning
• Ensure contract requirements, routines, and quality standards are met
• Planning, staffing, schedules, and resource allocation
• Team management and coordination with subcontractors performing specialized cleaning
• Supported by team leaders in management and follow-up
• Be customer contact point, handle ongoing dialogue and deviations
• Collaborate with site manager and other support functions
• Result and personnel responsibility, and business development
• Maintain good customer relations and ensure agreed quality is delivered
What You Bring:
• Multiple years of broad service industry experience
• Practical cleaning experience in similar environments
• SRY education is meritorious
• Leadership experience in cleaning, preferably with specialized cleaning or production environment elements
• Excellent planning skills and sense of structure and order
• Confident leadership style with ability to motivate and create team participation
• Strong customer and business focus, good communication skills, and sense of customer relationships
• Administrative and system work experience
• Drive and goal-orientation
• Willingness and ability to develop yourself, your employees, and the business
About the Position
We offer a full-time, permanent position after a standard 6-month probationary period. The role involves responsibility for operations every day of the week, from early mornings to evening, requiring good planning and flexibility.
