Your Role – More than Just Site Management
As a Site Manager with us, you are the hub of production. You plan, lead, and follow up on daily work on-site, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You are the link between the site manager, skilled workers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth cooperation. With your leadership, you create both results and joy in the workplace.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a site manager within earthworks and concrete – preferably with knowledge in water and wastewater infrastructure and site construction. You are structured, solution-oriented, and possess a natural drive. You enjoy taking responsibility, are a confident leader, and know how to get a team to perform together.
