JOB DESCRIPTION We are now looking for a Team Leader to join Infranord’s competent team at the machine workshop in Gothenburg. We seek someone who can contribute positive energy, analytical abilities, and structure. In this role, we are looking for someone who wants to bring order and tidiness, enjoys handling documentation, and wishes to challenge current work methods and routines. On behalf of the Maintenance Manager: • You contribute to a good work environment through competent and modern leadership. • You conduct and follow up on employee conversations and plan for professional development. • You are responsible for the planning of operations and follow-up according to established working methods. • You help find new solutions that contribute to improvements. • You ensure high quality and achievement of goals. • You ensure consensus and agreement within your team regarding the company’s visions and goals. • You stay updated on the laws, regulations, and procedures that govern the execution of our assignments. As a Team Leader at Infranord, you play an essential role in building a culture focused on safety, work environment, and excellent customer interaction. You represent the employer and have delegated responsibility for workplace environment and electrical safety. Travel, weekend, and night work may occur in this position. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • At least a high school education with a technical focus or equivalent. • A valid driver's license (B). • Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Good IT skills. • Several years of experience in the railway industry is an advantage. • A background in vehicle and mechanical engineering is an advantage. • Experience in production or planning of workshop maintenance is an advantage. As a person, you are organized and analytical with a strong service orientation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You express yourself well in both speech and writing and have good IT skills. You thrive in structured environments but are not afraid to question established patterns. You also possess an intrinsic drive characterized by a good mood, seeing opportunities where others see problems. For this position, we consider good flexibility and service to be essential for delivering on our promises to customers. We emphasize being attentive and meticulous, prioritizing safety above all. You also have experience in planning, executing, and following up, ensuring delivery according to set goals and timelines.
