About us
The Land and Construction Unit consists of approximately 10 dedicated employees. We work both strategically and operationally with the development, planning, and execution of projects in-house. About the role
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of our in-house construction projects. You will plan, follow up, and ensure that production maintains high quality and is conducted safely and efficiently. You will work closely with project managers, technical supervisors, machine operators, and construction workers – serving as an important link between planning and execution.
Your main tasks:
• Plan and lead the daily work in ongoing projects
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable regulations for workplace safety, security, and the environment
• Monitor production time, quality, and finances
• Participate in cost estimation and production planning
• Contribute to good communication and team spirit in the workplace
About you
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the land and construction industry, preferably as a team leader. You have relevant construction technical education or equivalent competence, along with good knowledge of AMA, MER, and BAS-U.
You are engaged, clear, and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in people and the work environment. Your leadership is characterized by respect and care – you help others grow and thrive in their work.
Requirements:

• Knowledge of AMA, MER, and BAS-U
• B driver's license
• Work on the road
