Team Leader for the Finishing Department at Elmo Sweden AB

Elmo Sweden AB in Svenljunga is currently seeking a Team Leader for its Finish Department. The finishing process is where the leather receives its final color, surface, and character. This is a crucial step in the manufacturing chain where quality, craftsmanship, and technology converge. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the daily work for approximately 20 employees. You will create structure in an environment with many processes and ensure that production delivers the right quality at the right time. The role involves operational leadership with a focus on collaboration as well as order and discipline to create a stable production flow. You will report to the site manager. **Responsibilities** • Lead and distribute work in the Finish Department according to the production plan. • Ensure quality and delivery precision. • Conduct employee reviews, salary discussions, safety rounds, and risk analyses. • Collaborate closely with other departments within the company. • Be responsible for follow-up and reporting in the production system. **Qualifications and Personal Attributes** • High school education or equivalent experience. • Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory role. • Good computer skills, preferably experience with SAP. • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. **Desirable** • Experience in surface treatment, coloring, lacquering, textiles, leather, or similar process industries. • Leadership training.
