**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced foreman who can provide safe and effective leadership for one or more teams in advanced piping and steel construction within the energy sector, focusing on nuclear power. You will be offered a developmental environment that also places high demands on leadership, safety awareness, and technical competence. The work will be conducted abroad, so it is essential that you are able to be away for 4 weeks at a time.
**Your Main Responsibilities:**
- Ensure that work is carried out according to specifications, without compromising on quality, productivity, and safety.
- Coordinate the team's activities and resolve technical or operational issues in daily work, i.e., plan and prepare based on drawings and technical documentation to enable the work team to proceed effectively.
- Manage motivation, discipline, and well-being within the team.
- Create a culture characterized by safety, quality, and productivity.
- Conduct safety reviews, daily inspections, and report on progress and risks.
- Communicate effectively with the team and management, including reporting and participating in project meetings.
**Scope**
- Lead one to three work teams on-site (typically 8–12 people).
- Report alongside 3–5 other foremen to a Superintendent.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Technical competence with experience in advanced piping installations.
- Experience working on a construction site with a focus on safety and quality.
- Documented experience in teamwork and leadership.
**Prerequisites:**
- Documented technical background both practically and in a leadership position.
- Experience leading installation work on a construction site.
- Good insight into the documentation and administrative requirements.
- Proficient in English.
