Care Administration Seeks Team Leader for Labor Market Unit, Mini-Maxi Division
Mini-Maxi is part of the Labor Market Unit within Individual and Family Care, targeting individuals aged 16-65 who are currently outside the traditional labor market.
Mini-Maxi's operations include transportation, second-hand store, postal distribution, and nature conservation group. The unit employs approximately 60 people across various work areas. We collaborate closely with social services, labor market unit, Kraften, Social Insurance Agency, Learning Center, business sector, schools, and probation services. Mini-Maxi is also responsible for implementing youth service, a consequence for young offenders aged 15-18.
With our growing operations, we need to strengthen our team leadership. Currently divided among three team leaders, we are seeking a fourth colleague. Mini-Maxi has recently been assigned an expanded mandate to support the municipality's elderly care services with care-related tasks, creating an opportunity to expand our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a team leader, you will manage daily operations. You will coach and support participants towards self-sufficiency while overseeing daily operations and executing Mini-Maxi's assignments. We seek someone with a strong interest in people undergoing personal transformation, who recognizes potential in each individual and provides guidance.
Working with employment consultants, you will ensure participants have current implementation plans and participate in meetings with relevant authorities and partner organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum high school education required. Preference given to education in social work, healthcare professions, or other relevant fields. Experience with IT-based systems and quick learning are essential.
Responsibilities include daily documentation, creating informational materials, and establishing routines.
