At our stationary facility in Linköping, a driven group of employees works where the team leader, together with other management, is responsible for operations and production. As a team leader, you have a central role in daily operations. You support and guide staff in everyday work, coach when needed, and create conditions for teams to succeed in their assignments.
You are also the contact person for our customer, where you build relationships, follow up deliveries, and ensure we maintain high quality in everything we do. This is a developing role with significant responsibility and great opportunity to make a difference – both for our customers and for colleagues in your team.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead daily work within the operational area
• Ensure quality and follow up operational activities
• Develop and support employees in their professional roles
• Participate in staffing optimization
• Build relationships and manage on-site dialogue with our customer
• Follow up results, budget, and contribute to business development
• Work based on delegated work environment tasks for the area of responsibility
• Act as responsible manager on-site
Requirements:
• Strong Swedish language skills
• Confident in leadership with previous experience in management positions
• Experience with business economic issues
• Experience with customer dialogues and building good relationships
• Strong technical interest and technical understanding
• Security guard training
• Guard training
• HAS training
Advantageous if you also have:
• Experience working as a security guard
• Training in leadership, team management, or economics
• Previous experience in a 24/7 operation
You are a driven and solution-oriented person with a genuine interest in people and development. You have a strong security focus, approach daily challenges with a positive perspective, and can see opportunities even in challenging situations.
Building relationships and creating trust comes naturally to you, and you have a clear desire to contribute to team functionality – both when everything is running smoothly and when things get challenging.
You have previous experience with personnel matters and are comfortable handling various types of situations. You stand up for your opinions respectfully, even when views differ, and have experience planning work and creating schedules for teams you've been responsible for. We also require a B driver's license.
Security Screening
Note that the position is in a security class and requires a security assessment according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). To investigate and assess whether you meet the approval requirements, security interviews, background checks, and registry checks will be conducted. The assessment aims to investigate lawfulness, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and potential vulnerabilities according to the Security Police's regulations and guidelines.
