We are seeking an engaged and motivated individual to fill the role of shift leader in our restaurant. As a shift leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant maintains the highest standards and customer satisfaction. You will lead, coach, and support our team of employees by ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to perform their tasks to the best of their abilities.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the service industry. You will work in a high-paced environment and will therefore need to remain calm and make well-grounded decisions even in stressful situations.
This role is also suitable for those studying or engaged in other similar activities who are looking for a part-time job.
To be considered for the shift leader role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the fast-food industry or similar sector
- Experience working in a leadership or similar position
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and coach employees
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
