Your Tasks: • Act as gatekeeper and schedule and follow up work orders • Ensure the weekly plan is executed according to plan (personnel, facilities, times) • Manage and redistribute resources during urgent events • Handle deviations and adjust plans as needed, and communicate changes to customers • Support mechanics and prioritize during call-outs • Create good conditions for employees to enjoy and perform well • Contribute and participate in strategic work for the section and department, including budget • Approve purchases and invoices according to authorization rules • Implement and follow up work methods according to the decided maintenance process Your Contribution: It is an advantage if you have experience leading teams and enjoy taking responsibility for both people and processes. You have good knowledge of machinery, maintenance work, and the maintenance process, and are accustomed to working systematically even when the pace is high and conditions change. You communicate clearly and easily collaborate with different people, both within and outside your own work area. You are curious about finding new solutions and improving work methods, and you always keep safety in focus - both for yourself and your colleagues. With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role and help create a workplace where commitment and development are at the center. Why Work With Us: At Boliden, we believe in promoting a workplace where care, courage, and responsibility are central to everything we do.
