WORK TASKS
As a work manager at Infranord, you have a key role in planning, leading technicians, and following up on daily work within the operation. You are responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with set goals and quality requirements.
You lead the team of technicians on-site and ensure that work environment and safety regulations are followed. Through close collaboration with project managers and other functions, you contribute to driving work forward and suggesting improvements where you see development opportunities.
The role involves significant personal responsibility in daily work. Together with the site manager, you help develop the establishment further with the opportunity to influence both work methods and results.
It is an advantage if you can travel for work and, if necessary, work outside of regular working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• An approved technical education. Preferably with a focus on infrastructure or construction.
• Work experience from contractor operations. Preferably within the railway industry.
• Experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility.
• B driver's license.
• Good computer skills and ability to work in an Office 365 environment.
