Seeking a Work Supervisor with Electrical Competence for Elektrosignal Infra!

Do you have extensive experience in electrical engineering and are looking to take the next step in a leadership role? We are currently seeking a Site Manager with electrical expertise who wants to help drive projects forward—from planning to execution. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating work on-site in our projects, spending approximately half of your time in production. The role involves close cooperation with project managers, clients, and your team members. You will focus on ensuring quality, budget, and delivery in accordance with established goals. Examples of responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate between 10-20 people in projects. • Responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress. • Ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable contracts, change management, and project economics. • Participate in project meetings and maintain contact with both clients and subcontractors. • Contribute to developing work methods and creating a safe work environment. This position is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed by Elektrosignal Infra, while we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process. The position is full-time, adhering to office hours, and is expected to start as soon as we find the right candidate. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with a technical background in electrical engineering and several years of experience in the industry. You are a natural leader who enjoys coaching your team members and creating structure in projects. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and ensure that work is done correctly from the outset. We prefer that you have: • A high school diploma or vocational training in electrical engineering. • At least 10 years of experience in the industry, preferably as a site manager or leading technician. • Experience in managing groups of 10-20 people. • Experience in project economics, contract management, and change orders. • Good skills in Swedish and English. • A valid driver's license (B). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Meritorious: • Experience from infrastructure projects. • A background as an electrician.
