About the Role As a site supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on work within outdoor environments and green areas. You will lead an engaged team of employees and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed with high quality, excellent safety standards, and satisfied customers. You will work closely with production management and customers, actively contributing to the development of the landscaping and construction sector. Key Responsibilities • Planning and managing work in outdoor environments, green areas, pedestrian and bicycle paths, etc. • Coordinating personnel, machinery, and materials • Monitoring time, quality, and economics of ongoing projects • Daily contact with clients and customers • Participating in calculations, planning, and development of new assignments We Are Looking For We believe you are someone who enjoys taking responsibility, creating structure, and leading others toward common goals.
