Strukton Rail's project department has recently won many new projects and is therefore seeking a new driven team leader in overhead contact line systems. The position involves coordinating both external and internal personnel as well as having overall responsibility for planning, monitoring, and finances within your projects. As a team leader, you will be involved in driving the future work within the projects forward and have excellent opportunities for development. The work will primarily take place around Stockholm and in other parts of the district. This position is a permanent employment within a challenging and varied work area with good opportunities for professional development. Most work will occur during daytime, but some work outside regular hours may be required.

Job Description:
As a team leader, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and following up on daily work in consultation with the site manager. You will have a number of technicians in your team, where your role involves everything from motivating and developing them to being responsible for their work environment and safety. As a leader, you lead by example, are present, and see the value in working together as a team. You are unpretentious and not afraid of a challenge.
Who are you?
For the role of team leader, we expect you to have relevant education and experience working with overhead contact line systems for some time. Perhaps you are currently in a technician role in overhead contact lines and are curious about moving into leadership, or you may already have experience in team leadership?
A team leader at Strukton Rail is brave, committed, and communicative, acting as a role model. We also see that you have a structured working method and are interested in developing both employees and yourself. The role includes some administrative tasks, so you should also be a proficient computer user.
A job in a railway environment has specific safety requirements; therefore, it is required that you speak and write fluent Swedish. A valid driver's license (B) is required, and additional driving qualifications are an advantage.
To ensure the specific health requirements for safety work in the railway sector, a health examination will be conducted before employment.
