Job Description:
As a team leader, you are responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and following up on the daily work in consultation with the site manager. You have a number of technicians in your team, where your role involves everything from motivating and developing them to being responsible for their work environment and safety. As a leader, you lead by example, are present, and see the value in working together as a team. You are unpretentious and not afraid of a challenge.
Who are you?
For the role of team leader, we see that you have a high school education in electrical engineering or another equivalent qualification. Perhaps you are currently working as a technician in electrical or contact line, with qualifications such as a connection leader, and are curious about leadership. Or you may have previously held a leadership role in electrical work and have a passionate interest in technology. We welcome experience from other industries; experience in the railway sector and/or maintenance projects is advantageous.
A team leader at Strukton Rail is brave, engaged, and communicative, acting as a role model. We also see that you have a structured working method, are accustomed to planning with many different contacts, and are interested in developing both employees and yourself. The role includes some administrative tasks, so you should also be a proficient computer user.
A job in a railway environment has specific safety requirements, therefore it is necessary for you to speak fluent Swedish. A driver's license (B) is required; additional driving license qualifications are advantageous. To ensure the specific health requirements for safety work in the railway sector, a health examination will be conducted prior to employment.
