We sell chickens and young hens to Sweden's egg industry, as well as equipment and complete systems for poultry and bird production to customers in the entire poultry sector. Role Offering
As a supervisor at Swedfarm's hatchery near Herrljunga, you'll be part of a unique future-oriented industry where animals are always the priority. You will:
• Lead, plan, and develop daily work for eight employees
• Drive initiatives in safety, environment, hygiene, and quality
• Be part of the local management team, reporting to the site manager
• Enjoy a varied workday combining production, leadership, and improvement work

Required Qualifications:
• Leadership experience, preferably in process or food industry
• Strong administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a car

• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Collaborative, empathetic, and humble
• Flexible and eager to learn
Preferred Additional Experience:
• Process or food industry background
• Multicultural organization experience
• Knowledge of standards like ISO 22000, IFS, BRC, or ISO 9001
