ABOUT THE ROLE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR
We are looking for someone who truly wants to make an impact in an exciting role! You will be responsible for a team of both installers and service technicians, focusing on delivery, customer satisfaction, and results. Our services include repairs, maintenance, preventive maintenance, warehousing, and installations.
To succeed in your role, you will have the support of a well-structured system for planning, follow-up, and execution. You will also work closely with competent service coordinators for the distribution and handling of ongoing administration in daily operations.
• The position is approximately 60% fieldwork and 40% administrative
• Daily management of staff to ensure we deliver excellent service
• Actively participate in daily operations
• Ongoing customer contact to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Invoicing and financial follow-up according to set goals
• Location: Gothenburg
