About the Position
As a Site Manager at Bygg Syd, you will have a central role in our organization where you will lead and plan daily production work with precision and commitment. Your primary task will be to ensure efficient production and maintain the highest levels of quality and work environment. You will work closely with the site manager to track project progress in your assigned area, which requires excellent communication and collaboration skills with various team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in production processes and implementing necessary measures to optimize workflow.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Construction engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction production management
- Leadership training
- Technical expertise and strong planning skills
- Preferably experience with commercial projects
- Valid concrete on-site casting certificate, Class II
- Economic awareness and collaborative abilities
Required qualifications:
- Fluent Swedish
- Valid Class B driver's license (required for potential work-related travel)
- Work location: Malmö
