Who Are You? To thrive in the role of work supervisor, it is fundamental that you enjoy the leadership role and working in a group. You are flexible and easily adapt to new projects. We prefer candidates with a background in one of the following areas: new construction and renovation of residential, public, and commercial properties, with several years of experience. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-driven, motivated, structured, and stress-resistant.
We are seeking candidates who:
• Have at least five years of experience in the role
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Communicate clearly and fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Hold a Class B driver's license
Additionally, the following would be advantageous:
• Experience as a BAS-P or BAS-U coordinator
• Good knowledge of construction industry standard terms AB/ABT, ABK system
