About the Position
As a Site Manager, you'll play a central role in our organization, leading and planning daily production work with precision and commitment. Your primary task will be to ensure efficient production and maintain the highest levels of quality and work environment. You'll work closely with the site manager and other project team members to track progress in your assigned area, which requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, you'll be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in production processes and implementing necessary measures to optimize workflow.
About You
We're seeking a candidate with solid experience in construction production management and strong leadership skills. You should be technically knowledgeable with excellent planning abilities. Experience in residential projects is advantageous, as is a valid concrete casting certificate, class II. Economic awareness and collaborative skills are crucial.
You must be fluent in Swedish. A valid B driver's license is required as business travel may be necessary. Office location is Malmö.
