DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company that specializes in high-quality roofing and roof services in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 24 employees who collaborate with approximately 40 subcontractors. Our operations are based in our facilities in Länna Industrial Area. We are now looking for a person who can oversee and take responsibility for the most important aspect of our work for our clients: ensuring their ordered roofs are delivered superbly, on time and within budget. DYNAMIC & EFFICIENT WORK LEADER
What does this role entail?
As a work leader at DM TAK, you will keep track of everything from “farm to fork”. It is demanding, and to give you a few examples of what is expected from you, you will plan for deliveries and conduct kickoff meetings. You will also liaise with subcontractors, ensure the right personnel and all necessary materials, including metal, felt, tiles, service, or painting, are in place. You will ensure that the budget is adhered to, that necessary documentation is completed, and that the workplace and those working there comply with our safety regulations.
You will help resolve ongoing issues that may arise and correct and encourage personnel. Throughout the project and upon completion, you will perform quality checks and ensure that those who need to be informed are kept in the loop. All of this is to ensure we deliver roofs that last longer.
What is required of you?
As you can imagine, this is not an easy job; it requires a lot. However, the most important thing is that you have the right willingness and ambition to become a high-performing member of the DM TAK team.
You have always been efficient and genuinely enjoy getting things done. It is advantageous if you have experience participating in or leading construction projects, and any knowledge you lack will be learned if you have the right ambition and work hard. Therefore, it is important that you view this position as a long-term opportunity.
You enjoy helping people and have already demonstrated a strong capacity and great interest in achieving what you are responsible for as expected or better. So even if you are not currently working as a work leader, you have proven to be highly productive and that you are ready to work hard to achieve set goals both in the short and long term.
You will work from our office in Länna, and from there, you will travel to the delivery addresses we are working with. You have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, are relatively quick on a computer, and possess a driving license.
