A crucial part of the role is supporting and coaching staff to create a good work environment and lay the foundation for efficient and high-quality work.
This role also involves actively participating in production. You will work on various workshop tasks such as rolling, bending, and assembly of pipe systems. This allows you to both lead and actively contribute to daily work, creating close contact with your colleagues and a clear understanding of processes.
