Work Supervisor

As a hands-on supervisor, you will be the hub of activity on the production floor. You will plan and distribute daily work, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth production flow. A crucial part of the role is supporting and coaching staff to create a good work environment and lay the foundation for efficient and high-quality work. This role also involves actively participating in production. You will work on various workshop tasks such as rolling, bending, and assembly of pipe systems. This allows you to both lead and actively contribute to daily work, creating close contact with your colleagues and a clear understanding of processes. Your Profile Requirements: • Experience in supervision within production, workshop, or industry • Practical workshop experience, preferably in steel (e.g., rolling, bending, assembly, or similar) • Good technical understanding and interest in production processes • Swedish in speech and writing (English is a merit) • Driving license and car We are looking for someone experienced in production supervision who enjoys combining practical work with leadership.
