Lilja & Co is a cleaning and workplace service company based in Norrbotten, established in 1963. Our operations are conducted with staff in the locations of Luleå, Piteå, Boden, and Kalix. Our clients include local, national, and international corporate customers as well as the private market. Our headquarters is located in Luleå, and the company currently employs approximately 140 staff members who provide daily service to our clients. Our intention is to continue developing in our markets. Lilja & Co is also supported by our sister company, Service Companiet. **Team Leader** Lilja & Co is in a growth phase with new assignments and is now seeking a Team Leader. You will be an important part of our close-knit operations management team, where everyone works towards the same goal—delivering the highest customer value and developing our business. **About the Role** The role includes leading daily operations through planning and monitoring of employees and customer assignments. You will serve as one of the company's local contacts and customer managers. Therefore, you should have an interest in developing the organization, customer relationships, work processes, and your employees. Your responsibilities include, among other things: - Daily support for customers and employees - Participation in planning and scheduling - Customer responsibility and ongoing quality monitoring - Relationship building and long-term customer engagement - Upselling and quotation issuance **We Are Looking For You Who** We are looking for someone with leadership qualities who is accustomed to juggling multiple tasks and has a desire to contribute to development and create engagement.
