We are now a "Super Municipality"! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking two committed and driven team leaders for our new recycling park, which will be inaugurated at the end of January 2026. You will organizationally belong to the Labor Market Unit in Lerum Municipality. The recycling park is a modern recycling facility focused on reuse and recycling, located at Tollestropsvägen 25, centrally in Stenkullen, Lerum Municipality. The position is full-time, daytime, but evening and weekend work occurs according to the work schedule. Work primarily takes place outdoors, with some administrative work in an office environment. As an employee in the recycling park, you will have varied work tasks. In the role, you will help our customers at the facility entrance with waste sorting and contribute to ensuring waste is handled in the best possible way for both people and the environment. Daily work involves active customer interaction, providing service and information about recycling and reuse. The position includes leading people in practical work performed at the facility or the reuse store. You may supervise sheltered employment workers, welfare workers, or guide interns. You will be responsible, as needed, for staffing the municipality's Take and Give container, maintaining order, and ensuring visitors follow established rules. The reuse store will open during 2026. The team leader role in the recycling park is new and will develop alongside the operation, which means work tasks may change or be added as needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking candidates with a high school diploma or post-secondary education in an area deemed relevant to the position. Experience in team leadership within municipal operations, recycling, or similar areas as assessed by the employer. Previous experience working with individuals needing extra support, such as sheltered employment workers, interns, etc. Experience adapting work tasks to individual circumstances is also valuable. Merits: - Experience from labor market units, social work, rehabilitation, etc. - Experience in waste and recycling or construction industries - Experience guiding people in practical work - Interest in environmental issues OTHER You need to communicate with customers in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have basic computer skills. The recycling park represents the municipality's public face, so we seek someone outgoing, stress-resistant, and able to work independently and in teams. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Driving license (B) is required. Selection and interviews will occur continuously during the advertising period. The temporary position may transition to a permanent position based on work development and activity requirements.
