Construction Site Supervisor

Who Are You? We are now seeking someone with at least five years of experience in management within the infrastructure/construction industry. To thrive in this role, it is fundamental that you are self-driven and can quickly adapt to new projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-driven, motivated, structured, and stress-resistant. Additionally, you work with great commitment and are very capable of working in a group as well as independently. We are looking for someone who: • Has at least five years of experience leading production as a team leader • Has conducted projects in land, construction, and/or infrastructure • Has relevant education or equivalent work experience • Communicates clearly and well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • Driver's license B is a requirement Additionally, it is meritorious if you have: • Experience as a managing BAS-P or BAS-U • Good knowledge of construction industry standard regulations AB/ABT, ABK, AMA system Employment Type: Project Employment Permanent Position Subconsultant We Offer: A secure position with an engaged consultant manager, development discussions, and wellness contributions, etc. We also invest heavily in our staff and organize joint activities such as breakfasts, Christmas dinners, and conferences.
