Are you an experienced site manager with a passion for working on complex projects?
We are expanding and are now looking for driven site managers for a large exciting project in Gävle!
**Responsibilities:**
• Assist the Site Manager in the ongoing work and follow up on the project in all parts of the production process: start, implementation, and completion.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to the client's expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, work environment, laws, and agreements.
• Drive workplace safety issues according to the company's goals and action plans.
• Participate in the establishment of schedules and their follow-up.
• Assist in work preparations together with the project staff.
• Approve time reports for your own staff.
• Contribute to ensuring that calculations and bids comply with decision-making procedures and profitability goals.
• Establish production budgets, review invoices, and financial lists.
• Be responsible for the financial reconciliation of projects together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in bids and business closures, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with clients.
• Optimize resource allocation within projects and assignments.
• Participate in project closures according to current procedures and feedback within the site organization.
**Qualifications:**
• Several years of experience as a site manager in civil engineering and construction.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience with personnel responsibility and leading contracting operations.
• Knowledge of the entire contracting process within civil engineering and construction projects.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (B category).
