About the Job
Position: Permanent Employment, 32 hours per week, probationary period applies
Start Date: November 24, 2025, or by agreement
Work Hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements: High school education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2, Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years old due to the nature of the tasks.
As a Team Leader 2, you will be prepared to take the step towards becoming a leader. Here you have great opportunities to grow and develop towards a leadership role. You'll become a crucial part of the store and team's development, working to offer our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices!
More About the Position:
• You are a team player with more responsibility to lead, distribute, and prioritize tasks compared to other store employees, but without personnel management.
• You will naturally participate in daily store operations – expect to get plenty of steps on your pedometer!
• You will learn the skills required to eventually take on a leadership role. This is a springboard to advance in your Willys career, with the goal of potentially becoming a future team leader or store manager.
• You will work goal-oriented to develop store sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators.
• You are part of the store's management team and have the team leader's role description in your development plan. You will practice skills learned through work and training.
• You will be a role model in welcoming all our customers and meeting them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
