Work Supervisor

**About the Position** As a site supervisor with us, you will work alongside the site manager to lead, prioritize, and execute our projects together with the team. You will create a positive work environment and ensure that the right competencies are in place to achieve efficiency, profitability, and quality at all levels. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading the team through close and effective communication. - Planning, estimating, and managing projects from start to finish. - Ensuring workplace safety, environmental standards, and security within your projects. - Developing strong and long-term customer relationships. - Identifying business opportunities and successfully capitalizing on them. The location will be at Peab's site office in Kristianstad, and your primary work area will be in northeastern Skåne. **Requirements Profile** We are looking for someone with solid work experience in production, preferably within the construction industry. You have previously held a leadership role where you were closely involved in daily operations and enjoy working practically with your team. We highly value experience and understanding of production flows and workplace safety. Formal education is advantageous but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you have the right experience, commitment, and leadership qualities. You are self-sufficient, confident in your role, and have a knack for motivating and developing your employees. You enjoy collaborating with other functions within the company and have the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, have good computer skills, hold a valid B driver's license, and have access to a car.
