We now need to complement the team with site managers who have experience in concrete structures such as bridges, port facilities, and heavier foundation work.
**About the Position**
As a site manager, you will work closely with the site manager and skilled workers in production. Your responsibility is to lead, plan, and follow up on daily work and ensure optimal progress. You, together with the site manager, will drive and coordinate the project while contributing to a good working environment. You will keep a diary, report obstacles, changes, and deviations. You will be responsible for work preparations and ordering materials and services. You will communicate and collaborate with our clients and subcontractors.

**Competencies and Personal Qualities**
- Have a construction/engineering education or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in concrete structures such as bridges, ports, and heavier foundation work.
- Have experience in a supervisory position.
- Possess good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Have good computer skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license (B) and have access to your own vehicle.
- Have Concrete Class 2; Concrete Class 1 is an advantage.

You are a good communicator in both speech and writing. It is also important that you act professionally in contacts with our suppliers and clients.
**Further Information**
The position will be based at Peab's offices in Malmö or Karlshamn, or another location by agreement. Our geography covers all of southern Sweden, which means that overnight stays in other locations are common.
