About Wilja Arbetsrehab
We are now looking to strengthen our team in Ludvika with a work consultant. Currently, we are two people working primarily with the "Step to Work" service, where we support individuals outside the labor market in approaching work or studies on behalf of the Employment Agency. The goal is to enhance participants' abilities, motivation, and self-confidence through individually tailored activities.
As a team member, you will work closely with participants and collaborate with colleagues, employers, and other stakeholders to create meaningful pathways forward. The work involves mapping participants' strengths and needs, planning and following up on individual goals, and guiding them towards internships, work, or education.
Competency Requirements
- Higher education in the social field, such as occupational therapist, behavioral scientist, or career counselor.
Meriting Qualifications
- Degree as an occupational therapist.
- Experience and training in the Supported Employment method.
- Experience and training in MI (Motivational Interviewing).
- Experience in guiding individuals needing work rehabilitation.
- Ability to support and motivate individuals who have had difficulties establishing themselves in the labor market.
