Your Responsibilities In our psychiatric employment services, we offer four programs for individuals with mental disabilities who are far from the labor market and socially isolated. We create a predictable daily routine with clear structure and adapted communication. Our participants, aged between 18 and 69, can engage in a wide range of activities and support tailored to meet their individual needs. The position is a combined role where you will work daytime on weekdays in employment services, in addition to having varying work hours every other weekend and on public holidays at a psychiatric residence. We strive to always provide the best possible interactions and create engaging activities for our participants. Your focus will be on supporting and inspiring our participants to have a positive and developmental day. The goal is to increase their participation and promote a more independent life. All our operations are based on respect for the individual, and we place great importance on how we engage with them. The role includes being a contact person and documenting your work. Together with the participants, you will establish implementation plans tailored to their well-being and abilities, and you will continuously follow up and adjust these plans to support their development. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education in health and social care, preferably with a focus on psychiatry, or a post-secondary education in a relevant field. You have experience working with individuals with mental and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. Experience in housing support, at a psychiatric residence, or as a work supervisor is an advantage, as well as training in ESL, KIK, or MI. A valid driver's license for manual transmission is required for this position. You have a good ability to plan and structure your work effectively and are proactive in taking initiatives. During the interview, you will need to verify your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document.
