Work Coach/Supervisor for the Labor Market Unit (AME)

Labor Market Unit is part of the Individual and Family Care Services in Hagfors Municipality. AME performs assignments for other units in the municipality. The Labor Market Unit is responsible for ensuring that individuals in need of support in the form of work training and internships have access to this. An important part is to support participants in moving closer to work or studies based on individual action plans. A goal is for the individual to achieve self-sufficiency. WORK TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS We are now seeking someone with experience in pedagogical activities and extensive knowledge of work guidance. You have an interest in supporting and guiding people based on their own abilities. You should have experience interacting with individuals with disabilities, regardless of whether the disability is social, psychological, cognitive, or intellectual and affects a person's employment opportunities. As a work supervisor, you will work in a team with work supervisors, employment consultants, and coordinators. You will closely collaborate with other municipal activities. You should maintain a professional approach in your work and always focus on the participant. You have the ability to create a sense of security and understand and address participants' needs. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills. Ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. - You are engaged. You easily inspire others, create new contacts, and build collaborative structures with others. - You are flexible, independent, and have excellent cooperative abilities. - You should be able to provide individual support and guidance when mentoring people with different prerequisites. - Previous experience in work supervision is meritorious, as is experience working with people with various functional variations. - Previous experience in pedagogical work is meritorious - Knowledge of workshops and machinery - Basic computer skills - You must have a valid driver's license (Category B) Together we create a rich life and make an attractive municipality.
