**Engaged Work Supervisor, LSS**

**About the Role**
Individkraft operates daily activities for individuals covered by group 1 under LSS. We primarily focus on creative tasks such as crafts, art, music, gaming, and data/media. In addition, we offer wellness activities in various forms.
In this role, you will plan and conduct activities with participants both in groups and individually. Together, you will create a positive environment for meaningful and developmental engagement and a joyful social context.
You will work supportively, training, and motivating to guide and assist participants in working towards their individual goals. The job requires you to be skilled at motivating and inspiring others and finding creative solutions.
You will also provide support during activities, where you will "catch" individuals who need extra staff support to perform their tasks. You will work with individuals with various disabilities and provide practical assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meals.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with a high school education in care, preferably with a focus on disabilities, or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. An alternative could be a post-secondary education in one of our operational areas.
You should feel confident in your role and have at least 3 years of experience working with the target group. You should be comfortable managing challenging behaviors. If you have knowledge in one or more of our activities, such as crafts, wellness, data/media, gaming, art, or music, it is a significant advantage.
It is beneficial if you have educational background in pedagogy and training in communication, such as TAKK.
A crucial part of your work will be to maintain social documentation. Therefore, it is essential that you have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. You should feel comfortable working independently and be flexible based on our participants' wishes and needs. You are humble, curious, have a positive attitude, and enjoy collaborating. You thrive in dynamic environments and can prioritize effectively. You need to have the ability to listen and understand others' situations and possess strong empathetic skills. You enjoy working in a structured, quality-conscious, and solution-focused manner based on each participant's individual needs.
