Our Mission
The Personal Distance Meeting Department offers remote service and support to job seekers and employers. Through tailored customer meetings, we contribute to creating an accessible authority throughout Sweden.

We work together in a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters a vibrant atmosphere. Our office in Arvidsjaur is home to 70 employees located at Västra Skolgatan 19. Together, we strive toward common goals and can always rely on each other's support in our daily tasks. Role Description
We focus on the customer, and in your role, you will be a vital support for job seekers and employers across the country, making a difference every day. This position requires curiosity and the ability to simplify complex issues. A central aspect of the role is guiding our job seekers and employers.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Completed upper secondary education
Alternatively
- Have worked at the Employment Service as an employment consultant, decision-maker, customer resource, case officer, or service officer
And
- At least 2 years of work experience, totaling at least 50% work for a period of two years
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, meaning a strong ability to communicate in spoken and written forms, as well as high reading comprehension
Other Qualifications for the Position
- University/college education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
- At least 1 year of experience providing support and service to customers via phone
- At least 1 year of experience within public sector work
- At least 1 year of experience in guidance towards employment and/or studies

Our Offer
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probation period. Start date is negotiable. The work location is Arvidsjaur.
