Are you interested in creating meaningful employment within daily activities?
The Individual and Labor Market Administration (IAF) consists of Individual and Family Care, Labor Market, and Adult Education. The administration is divided into four operational areas, and within the Work and Support operational area, we are now seeking an Employment Coach. The other operational areas are Children, Youth and Family, Substance Abuse and Mental Health, and Adult Education.
The administrative organization has been in place since January 2020, and an internal organizational change was implemented with the aim of increasing holistic perspective, creating greater continuity for participants, and working more with preventive social work.
Our work goal is to provide the support, help, and care needed by those who come into contact with us - and, when possible, help them change their life situation and strive towards increased independence.
Within Work and Support, we focus heavily on providing municipal residents with the support they need to achieve the best possible life situation. Our target group includes individuals granted daily activities through LSS or SoL in the form of community placement (positions with employers in the regular labor market).
As an Employment Coach, you will be part of Praktikcentrum, which works to recruit individual placements for participants within LSS and SoL. The group consists of five employment coaches who work closely together with management support.
