You will play a key role in developing our marketing efforts, winning new projects, and attracting new employees to the team. As a Site Manager at Svevia, you will be responsible for planning operations and leading your team in line with the company's strategy, goals, and values. You will have budget and performance accountability within your area of responsibility and will actively work to maintain existing customer relationships while building new ones. Additionally, you will serve as a sounding board for your team on matters such as calculations, planning, and optimizing operations. Internal collaboration with other parts of the division and other divisions within Svevia is also part of your role. In addition, we expect you to have: - Industry experience—while you may not have previously worked in laying contracting, we see that you have experience from a similar contracting industry. - A relevant higher education, such as a civil engineer or equivalent. - Good knowledge of construction law. - Proficiency in working with digital tools and systems.
