Personal Assistant Position in Well-Established Support Team!

Team Assistans in Gothenburg AB We are a well-established care company and have been active in personal assistance since 2005-2025, which means 20 years this year. We are now seeking staff for one of our male clients. We are looking for both scheduled employees and temporary staff. Job responsibilities will include assisting with healthcare interventions, care services, and participating in indoor and/or outdoor activities. We can only offer employment to individuals with a driver's license, as our client has a personal car that will be used during work. Work will begin with you shadowing regular staff until both you and our client feel comfortable with the arrangement. However, the most important aspect is ensuring our client feels safe with the person working with them, and that you as staff feel it is the right fit. For this reason, we will place significant emphasis on personal suitability. Work hours will vary, including day/evening, night, and weekend shifts. Requirements: • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • B driver's license • Experience in healthcare and care work Who are you? Someone who easily builds good relationships, can work both individually and in a group, and is not afraid to take initiative. Flexibility is highly valued.
