About the Position
This is a 6-month consulting assignment with good possibilities for full-time recruitment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, with DSV explicitly intending to offer you employment with them in the long term. This provides both you and DSV an excellent opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how well you work together.

Job Responsibilities
As a Working Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of approximately ten people in daily warehouse operations. You will work both operationally with the team and strategically with planning, follow-up, and improvement work.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Ensuring high quality and customer service
• Planning resources and monitoring achievement of business goals
• Distributing tasks and ensuring compliance with routines and rules
• Conducting physical checks and following up on completed work
• Identifying and driving improvements and efficiencies in work processes
• Proactively working with work environment and safety, documenting deviations
• Managing and resolving problems that arise in daily operations
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Experience in warehouse work, preferably within third-party logistics (3PL)
• Forklift certification for reach trucks, counterbalance trucks, and stacker trucks
• Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
• Experienced in planning, coordinating, and following up on team work
• Meriting experience in team lead roles within logistics, warehousing, or production
• Meriting experience with WMS systems and understanding of the entire logistics chain from order to delivery
