Working Supervisor for Cleaning Technician Näslund Rengörare Näslund AB is a cleaning company in Stockholm focused on contract cleaning for commercial and public spaces, as well as private businesses, primarily in the Stockholm area and surroundings. We are now seeking a Working Supervisor for our operations organization in ÖREBRO. Work Tasks Beyond Cleaning You will be responsible for: - Leading and controlling daily cleaning, participating in cleaning at certain sites - Instructing new employees and temporary staff, and training personnel in quality and environmental standards - Performing quality controls and deviation reporting - Executing and monitoring extra work assignments - Assisting during project start-ups - Key management - Ordering, receiving, and distributing cleaning materials - Maintaining order in cleaning storage areas, managing laundry facilities, and inspecting cleaning equipment Your Background: - Documented industry experience - Valid B driver's license - Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written - Leadership experience in the service sector - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience with administrative tasks Desired Characteristics We are seeking someone who: - Wants to develop themselves, their colleagues, and customers - Can plan, prioritize, and delegate effectively - Sees problems as opportunities and has a solution-oriented approach - Is confident and stable both professionally and personally Education: - High school diploma or equivalent - Trained in SRY and/or Pryl
